ORDERING:

1. Please click on items from the online catalog.
   
2. Retail Orders - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders or Checks. Personal checks require two weeks processing time and no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
   
3. Valid credit card orders may be made online at www.nwmp.com. Our order desk is available from 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. No collect phone calls will be accepted.
   
4. Orders can not be shipped to post office box addresses.
   
5. Prepayment of freight must accompany all Alaska, New York, APO and FPO orders.
   
6. Commercial account terms of net 30 days are available with credit approval. Company checks or C.O.D.'s also accepted.

1. All orders are shipped as soon as possible by the most inexpensive and practical means, although we will always try to ship according to your preference.
   
2. U.P.S. Shipments - Because U.P.S. offers both the fastest and the most economical method of shipping, we have attempted to ship U.P.S. whenever possible.

DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE:

1. All merchandise will be considered delivered when it is transferred to a carrier and consigned to the purchaser.
   
2. Merchandise that is damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please always notify us if we can be of assistance when filing a claim with the responsible freight company.

1. To receive full warranty benefits, tanks must be installed according to our instruction sheets (included in installation kit). Warranty cards, (also included in kit) must also be completely filled out and returned within 20 days of installation. Tanks are under warranty for one year. Small parts such as sending units are covered for six months. Our warranty coverage is offered to the original purchaser only and does not include labor.
   
2. Because we do not manufacture many of the parts included in our installation kits, warranty on parts strictly includes replacement of the defective part only. We do not cover labor for defective parts.
   
3. Any warranty problems or claims need to be authorized by us in writing before any repairs are made otherwise, we will not reimburse unauthorized work. Please also be aware that you should never under any circumstances weld or torch on tank.

RETURN OF
MERCHANDISE:

1. Written authorization must be obtained from N.W. Metal Products prior to the return of any merchandise.
   
2. We will not authorize any returns after 90 days of invoice date or on tanks which are special order, custom-made or not currently in production.
   
3. A 20% return/restocking charge will be applied to all returns. An additional charge will be added for any missing parts or necessary repairs.

1. N.W. Metal Products reserves the right to both change the design and or materials used or delete any item from production or stock without prior notice.
   
2. N.W. Metal Products will also try to maintain all current on-line catalog and brochure prices, however, all prices are subject to change without notice.
   
3. Although we have made every effort to eliminate errors in our on-line catalog and brochure prior to printing, we do not accept responsibility for any errors in either prices or content.
